A simple service agreement spells out what we do and don't do. We facilitate care — we never diagnose, treat, or replace medical professionals.
Plan fees are fixed. All expenses are billed at actuals with receipts in your monthly statement. We never hold your parents' cards or cash.
No. We are a care coordination and companionship service. We schedule and accompany doctor visits, manage medicines and labs, and respond in emergencies — but all medical care is delivered by qualified doctors, nurses and hospitals. If your parents need in-home nursing, we'll help you find and supervise a verified provider.
We are currently providing service all over Chennai. Our coordinators are assigned by zone, so response times stay fast no matter which part of the city your parents live in.
Monthly plans are payable by international card, PayPal, or NRE/NRO account transfer. Expense reimbursements are itemized with receipts in your monthly statement — you approve anything unusual before we spend.
You and your parents get a dedicated emergency number. We reach the home or hospital immediately, coordinate admission using the medical file we maintain, and keep you updated by call and WhatsApp until you or a relative can take over decisions.
